Our state of the art service facility is staffed 24/7 by experienced professionals. We are always open. There is someone available at all times to speak with you or your patients, day or night. Our 24-hour monitoring staff is trained and certified in the reading and recognition of ECG recordings, and an electro-physiologist is on staff for consultations.
Moments after receiving a transmission from a patient, we e-mail or fax our reports directly to your office. All such reports have symptoms and findings listed, to better facilitate your interpretation of the ECG recordings and/or other pertinent data. Our state-of-the-art monitoring center is staffed 24/7, so tranmissions can be sent from anywhere in the world.
We will provide as many monitors as is necessary to accommodate the needs of your practice, along with electrodes and batteries, at no cost to your practice. Once assigned to a patient, a device is automatically replaced, allowing you to maintain a consistent inventory.
